Ingredients
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup water
Cooking Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until it reach consistency of thick liquid
- Heat oil in deep fryer or pot at low or medium temperature
- By using a tablespoon, scoop half full of liquid and put in oil. Repeat as much space your fryer can hold
- Let it cook until it started to harden and flip to the other side. Break apart the fritter from one to another
- Remove from oil when fritters are turning golden brown and strain excessive oil on paper towel
