Kobis Masak Lemak Putih (Cabbage in Creamy White Gravy)

Kobis Masak Lemak


Ingredients

1/2 round cabbage, roughly sliced
1 tablespoon dried shrimps (soaked, drained and roughly mashed)
1 onion, thinly sliced
4 cloves of garlic, finely diced
1 red chilli, sliced
1200 ml coconut milk
1 soo hoon (cut short, soaked until soft and drained)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar

Cooking Instructions

  1. Add coconut milk, onion, garlic and dried shrimps into pot. Mix them well and cook until it boils
  2. Add cabbage and cook the cabbage until it became half cooked. Add more water if you feel there is not enough gravy
  3. Add soo hoon and chilli into the pot. Mix them well.
  4. Add salt and sugar. Let it simmer for 2 minutes before it done.
  5. Kobis Masak Lemak Putih DONE!
