Kobis Masak Lemak |
Ingredients
1 tablespoon dried shrimps (soaked, drained and roughly mashed)
1 onion, thinly sliced
4 cloves of garlic, finely diced
1 red chilli, sliced
1200 ml coconut milk
1 soo hoon (cut short, soaked until soft and drained)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Cooking Instructions
- Add coconut milk, onion, garlic and dried shrimps into pot. Mix them well and cook until it boils
- Add cabbage and cook the cabbage until it became half cooked. Add more water if you feel there is not enough gravy
- Add soo hoon and chilli into the pot. Mix them well.
- Add salt and sugar. Let it simmer for 2 minutes before it done.
- Kobis Masak Lemak Putih DONE!
