Sandwich Telur (Egg Sandwich)

Sandwich Telur
Creamy and savoury egg sandwich. Great breakfast food and on the go. It is also one of Malaysian favourite picnic food.


Ingredients

1 loaf of bread
2 eggs
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
3 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 tomato
1 romaine lettuce

Cooking Instructions

  1. Boil eggs in water until cooked and let them cool
  2. Peel off shell from eggs and mash eggs small but roughly
  3. Add mayonnaise, salt and white pepper and mix them up
  4. Slice tomato thinly
  5. Spread butter on two pieces of bread
  6. Now, you can assemble the sandwich by first laying a piece of lettuce, then a slice of tomato and a whole spoon of mashed eggs between two pieces of buttered bread
  7. Repeat the same process for the rest of eggs
  8. Egg Sandwich DONE!
