Satay |
Ingredients
A
1kg chicken breast/beef/lamb
3 tablespoon sugar
½ tablespoon salt
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
B
4-5 onions
4 garlic cloves
2 inch ginger
1 inch galangal
5-6 stalk of lemongrass
5-6 tablespoon ground coriander (cook without
oil)
2-3 tablespoon ground fennel seeds (cook
without oil)
4-5 tablespoon ground cumin seeds (cook without
oil)
Instructions
Cut your choice of meat into small dice
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in Part B into paste
Add meat, B ingredients paste and rest of ingredients into a big bowl. Mix them well
Marinade the meat for 3-4 hours
Skew the meat to wooden skewers
Grill the skewed meats on charcoal or your electric grill until the meats are cooked
Sate DONE!
