Ayam Goreng Kunyit |
Ingredients
1 pieces chicken breast (about 200-300g)2 shallots
1 inch ginger
1 clove garlic
9 bird eye chili
1/2 brown onion
1/2 carrot
5 strands string bean/long bean
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp salt
Preparation
slice chicken breast thinlyadd turmeric powder and salt. mix
chop shallot and garlic separately.
slice ginger into thin sticks and cut bird eye chili into half
slice carrot thinly and cut string bean/long bean into 2 inch long
fry chicken breast in shallow oil until the chicken start to brown
take out chicken and reduce amount of oil in wok until only 1 tbsp oil left
at medium heat, saute' garlic first. then add ginger, shallot and bird eye chili
add carrot and string bean/long bean. stir for 30 seconds to soften the vegetable
add chicken back and onion. stir until chicken is golden brown
