Are you in hurry or runs out of groceries? Fear not because you can make delicious dish by using eggs only. This easy dish ensures your rice is not dry because of savory soy sauce and provides enough protein for your meal. Add more bird eye chili to bring more spiciness to your dish



Ingredients

5 eggs
1 cinnamon stick
1 star anise
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 inch ginger
5 bird's eye chili
2 tablespoon light soy sauce
2 tablespoon sweet dark soy sauce
1/2 cup of water

Cooking Instructions

Add oil into a wok enough to ensure egg not sticking to bottom and wait until it smoke.
Crack an egg and bath the upper side of egg with oil using spatula. Cook until egg is done. Repeat with other four eggs
Slice pepper and ginger into thinly strips.Chop onion and garlic finely.
In a pan, add about 1 tablespoon of oil. Saute cinnamon stick and star anise and stir.
Now add onion, garlic, ginger and chili and wait until the smell of cooked garlic goes up.
Add light soy sauce, sweet dark soy sauce and water. Now throw in the fried eggs as well. Stir the eggs gently and make sure the sauce coats all eggs.
Cook for another minute or two just to heat up the eggs and you are done.
